I've never added a summary to my resume, is this good?
Multi-faceted leader who is determined and self-motivated to produce quality work in fast-paced team-oriented environments; posses’ exceptional writing skills and creative abilities with social media, event promotions and media reach out. Proactive, results oriented self-starter with the ability to adapt to versatile environments.

You have a bit too much jargon ("buzz words"), along with a spelling mistake (possesses). Here's a rewrite for you:
Experienced, highly motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced team-oriented environments. Exceptional writing skills and creative approach to social media, event promotions and media reach out. Proactive, results-oriented self-starter with the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
The final sentence is full of jargon, but it's the type of jargon that potential employers love to hear
