I was writing a note on Facebook when I just noticed: Does this go on everybody's news feed so they can see what I wrote?
Does it go in their news feed and say "so and so wrote a note" and has the title of your note?

Yes, facebook does notify everyone if you make a note. but you can change the settings to private in the settings.
