I used chattroulete yesterday and all worked fine but today when I connect to someone i see this person in their webcam movind and all, but maybe just for 2-3 seconds, then everything stops, it appears just like a picture, like their webcam has lag, but its a very long lag because it lasts forever. Also this person never answers, i am able to write but I dont get any response form the person. And this happens with EVERY PERSON. What it is? Please help me.

It sounds like maybe your computer is low on RAM or your Flash needs to be updated. Try out another video chat program and see if you're having the same issues (Rounds is pretty reliable – http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv/?publisherid=elena&campaignid=YA&bannerid=0 ).
