Does it have to be someone u ONLY know on twitter and never met? And what is basically? is it just u stalking their tweets and stuff?

No it does not to be someone you know. It could be someone who follows you in a search and likes your picture and tweets, you follow them they follow you. You "star" there tweets and they do the same. You talk a lot, and if you have Facebook pages you like and subscribe to them. And in they have photo albums you find the sexy ones and put them on your computer or smart phone as wallpaper
