I am selling my current iPhone. Should i clear the apps or sell it with them as an incentive? Thanks!

You should entirely reset the phone.

You may get more money for the apps, that's if you are selling it to a person. I would remove all the apps that have private information such as facebook, instant messenger, email. myspace.. those types of apps
