I just set up an account, haven't tweeted anything yet but I have people following me.... How did they find me?

some people just do that, block them if you want

Probably spam bots - I get them too. They will unfollow in a couple of days.

They are probably fake spam accounts. You can block them!

They want you to follow them back, or they're spam bots.
