Sometimes, if you're a really big fan, and asking something important, if you know what I mean.. On twitter there's a girl called bombfrostings, who has a major obsession with Slash (as do I, but I don't have twitter) and he's responded to her previously. He even posted something about him wondering where she'd gone haha

they respond to an answer that a fan of them asked but the chances are the minority.if you ask them something that matters they will respond to the question .the respond will come in a few hours if the celebrity is in his free time.

depends on who.some follow back,some answer you,if your lucky they do but not always

Depends on how famous they are and if they feel like responding. I wrote to Josie Long (she's one of my favourite people in the world) and she wrote back within the hour. I was very happy.
