I have the same question, but I'm think I could wear a long dress/shirt, I don't know if you've seen them but they're so cute, and since is cold there also the kitted long sweaters/dress with tights underneath and boots, or flats. Just ideas. Also there's the skirts, high waisted and ruffle ones. And sinc wits with your family they'll look fine with tights. You could also try jeans.boots and a nice sweater. With a fancier hairdo. I think the dressier the look, you should wear your hair in a simpler way so you don't look too dressy, also. Also not too much jewelry maybe just a simple necklace, of course if you wear your hair down you'd wear smaller warring since they'll be covered. And if you wear your hair up you could wear bigger earrings. I'd try wearing nice neutral or holiday colors. Or pairing them together, like a green top and just jeans. And black boots. Or a black top red skirt (leggings) and flats. Something cute. Always add a pop of color, because it is Christmas and you want to seem happy and social with family. |
