I am planning to make a social media website or a website like youtube but different than youtube, I am just getting started so what will be a really good pc that costs less than 2k to get started?

You don't really need a high end computer for web design as it is usually text and .jpg based. If your using photo shop and or dreamweaver or even visual studio any computer made within the last year or so would be more than fine. Unless your talking about running your own webserver? In which case you would need to provide more details.
