It seems like every site I go to Facebook, Youtube, Torrent sites, TVShack, etc. theres an ad or popup for this Netflix. Why are they spamming me and how do I stop it?

If they're on websites, they're not spamming you. They're just popular. Basically, you download it on your PC, PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii, and you can watch movies and TV shows. It's not a virus or anything, I watch movies on it all the time.

It's some movie rental company. (Never used it)
Try blocking pop ups in your browser.
If you're talking about ads on the screen of the website like Facebook, (Especially) Youtube etc. it is because they're paying to put them there and there is nothing you can do about those ads.
