Why does my monitor have 'red snow'? - James - 05-08-2013 06:58 AM My Dell LCD monitor shows flickering red snow wherever there is supposed to be black, and other colours don't display quite right, even when no source is connected. Is this a problem that can be fixed, or is it done for? Sample image of what I'm on about: http://imgur.com/4zpuQRY Thanks in advance - Dell Inc. - 05-08-2013 07:00 AM Hello James, I am from Dell Social Media and Community. I saw the sample image and it looks like a LCD issue more than a driver issue. Please follow the link below to find the troubleshooting steps for problems with Monitors. http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?docid=266426 You may also try to update the driver from http://www.support.dell.com to verify if this is just a driver issue. If this has not helped you or if you need any further assistance, feel free to message me on Twitter(@NiranjanatDell). I will be happy to assist. Dell-Niranjan |
