No.

The only way to spread is to advertise yourself. Post your videos on your Facebook, Twitter, internet forums, etc.

YouTube will not advertise for you.

And if you don't gain any real audience, then stop trying. Not trying to be pessimistic but getting a large following on YouTube is rare

You can increase your YouTube views by sharing its links on different social media networks.

Its a bit of a cheat but YouTube hits are all about the tags you put on your video. So if any of your videos is relevant to ANYTHING in the news right now, you want to add a tag or a keyword that people might be searching for. I say its a cheat because some people use it unscrupulously to get viewers who weren't looking for their video at all.

Like for instance, some blogger wants to get people to watch his video blog and he knows a tsunami just happened so he might add tsunami as a keyword to his video. Now thousands of people searching to news might be accidentally directed to this bozo blogger.

If you do it unscrupulously, you can be banned by YouTube. So you have to work within the system. Its OK to stretch it a bit and hope but don't outright lie. Don't use keywords or tags that are completely irrelevant to your video but maybe try to work the name of some celeb who is often in the news into your video and put the celeb's name at a tag. Now you've done something completely legitimate that might bring a bunch of hits.

By the way Ryu is absolutely wrong. You can most definitely pay YouTube to push your video to the top of search results. I don't know what it costs and whether its worth it but search their help pages for "promote my channel".
