Justin Bieber as of now is following about 100,000 people on Twitter. He is not following me on Twitter, but if he was it would probably be very hard form him to follow you considering he follows so many people. Unless you get ALOT of people to tweet the same thing, like "Please follow ____" . Or just tweet him and pray that he sees it

Normally if he retweets your message he will follow you, but you have to strategically tweet when you know he is online so he will see it. To do this, I would get his tweets sent directly to your phone and when he sends out a ton of tweets (last week he retweeted 60 messages, I was in school fml) But say something inspirational like "thanks to @justinbieber, i will #neversaynever"
