Social Media In Court Cases? - Ryan - 10-12-2012 12:48 PM

I am doing a research paper on social media. I wanted to include criminal cases where social media has been used as evidence. I know it was used in the Casey Anthony trial but I can't seem to find any others.

Can anyone think of any other examples of social media being used as evidence in criminal cases?

The Craig's List killer.

Social media is one of the most common means of stalking, so you might want to include that possibility.
