It really depends on what type of business you have.
Do something charitable for different organizations, 30% sales go to a certain organization...

Do you want your business to grow Offline OR Online?
Anyway if it's Offline then use every mod of advertisement:
If your target is local then:
- Place ads in local classifieds, newspapers, magazines. Also distribute handbills, free ball pens (should have your business name)
Or of it's online then use following free ways to advertise your website:
- Create profile in every Social Networking Hubs, add friends (mostly from your local area or nearby) interacts with them, share your business info
