I met this guy who lives down the block from & we have a real connection that we both feel & we have so much in common & I really like him but the problem is every girl likes him. We don't go to the same high school but it seems like every girl in there likes his Facebook pics. He is also a big flirt. I like him & wanna b his girl but how can I make him mine & mine only?

You don't make anyone do anything because you can't expect to change other people. Especially change them to your benefit in a relationship. It probably won't work in the end but if you want to keep pursuing it, that's your choice and sometimes people need to get hurt and fall down before they actually learn.
