I feel guilty? Even though it's not my fault? - Sam - 05-09-2013 10:32 AM I sprained my ankle walking home from my friend's house yesterday morning...and rugby season is just starting. I was supposed to be at practice tonight and a few other days this week...but i obviously can't go now. I feel so bad and guilty about this because this is my first year starting on the rugby team and i really want to get the best out of it. People are posting things in the facebook page for it and i get notifications about it...which makes me feel even worse (( any advice here?
