Ive tried everything but it doesnt seem to work I want to change my name on facebook but its just showing the dropdown that has the names i previously held, I got married yesterday and I want to change it for good. please help :'(

You cannot after the limit is over ...me also is suffering from the same prob. and goto the alternative name field but i dont knw where is it

Wait a few days and try again. It might let you change it again eventually.
The other option is to create a new Facebook account, because it's absolutely not possible to contact Facebook directly for support.

Once you have used up the limit, that's it. No more changing on the account. Your only option is to make a new account. But why the constant name changing?

you need to understand the meaning of the word "limit"
that means you can not change it again
