That up to you here how Log in to your YouTube account, click on "Account," then click "Sharing." Select "Twitter" and enter your Twitter account details to connect the two accounts. Click "Save Changes" and any videos you upload will now appear as a tweet through your Twitter account too.
Click on "Upload Video" at the top of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions for uploading your video, ensuring that it is no longer than 16 minutes and its size is smaller than 2 GB. You can either choose a file to upload from your computer, record it live or drag and drop a file from your desktop. While the video is uploading, you can enter a description, tags and other information about the clip.
Click on the link to your newly uploaded video and click on "Share" underneath the video window. You will be able to see the Twitter button that allows viewers to share your video with their Twitter followers.
