My questions about the key for the chest in sancturary. i know on some of gearboxes fb and twitter pages they reveal some but take them make them invalid later how often do they do it? I also know if you join their "shift" website they'll give you codes but do they give you codes that work for the ps3? thx

In order to redeem golden keys codes you must sign up for shift. They give key codes now and then on their Facebook and twitter. They give them out often but you must pay attention or you'll miss them cause they are only good for a sort amount of time, and yes they give codes for ps3. You also get 1 golden key if you buy the mecromancer dlc.

As you already know Gearbox gives them away on the borderlands Facebook page and Twitter. I believe that the CEO Randy still gives them away on his Twitter as well. Generally there a few every weekend. I enter all of these codes through the shift menu in the game's menu. Codes for all consoles are different.

go to ign.com they put up new codes for golden keys on 1/9 and there still valid you get 5 keys
