Try 'hello, fyou know what my presetstion is about( and if try don't inform them), and I would like to start with a question. Who uses social networking websites, like Facebook? ( it is like a poll, people just put there hands up), and another question, who thinks they are good? (put hand up again)' then carry on with whatever, hope this helped, ad that it made sense.
