I have an N8 Nokia, I recharged and got 200mb for free, how much mb would I use to just go on Facebook then lets say reply to a message or two? is 200mb much ?

200 MB is far more than enough....enjoy Facebooking

If you reply msg or sent msg, it won't eat up much data. It will take upto 0.50 - 1 MB probably.
But if you browse photo, timeline or upload photos then it will need more data & it will depend on the photo size you upload or browse.
