Verbal & Physical Abuse , Intimidation & Bullying of weak & vulnerable students is very common , quite prevelant in US Schools , something that has been going on for decades.
This is being "...DELIBERATElY.." being ignored by 0bama Administration & Liberal Lawmakers .
Bullying of Vulnerable schools by bigger , more aggresive students usually results in Shootouts , as victims in many cases find no way to get back at their bullies.
Bullying consists of three basic types of abuse – emotional, verbal, and physical. It typically involves subtle methods of coercion such as intimidation.
Social Bullying

Many kids are bullied inside schools for decades - before they resort to shootout - this is something that is deliberately ignored by ( Anti US ) Left Wing Liberal media outlets.
Non Voilent Bullying

An array of nonviolent tactics involves "indirect bullying", at least in some instances, such as name calling, teasing , the silent treatment, arguing others into submission, manipulation, gossip/false gossip, lies, rumors/false rumors, staring, giggling, laughing at the victim, saying certain words that trigger a reaction from a past event, and mocking.
About Bullies

Most bullies are arrogant and narcissistic personalities , bullies can also use bullying as a tool to boost their self-esteem : tactics include by demeaning vulnerable innocent people in front of others , so as an abuser , he feels empowered
0bama administration is more interested in taking back the Guns from Law Abiding ,Patriotic Gun Owners in the name of public safety.
