Hello I need help my Dell v310-v510 printer is not printing I go to try to print and I keep getting "communication not available" it's plunged into my computer the USB isn't showing up on my computer as well.I unplugged my computer and printer before the hurricane hit.It was working fine before I unplugged it all. I already tryed unplugging everything from the printer and puting them back in and restarting my computer and still nothing. -_- pleas someone help me I rally need to print a few things thanks.

1. Click Start, select Shut Down, and choose Restart the computer.
2. Press the F8 function key, this will display the Windows Startup menu.
3. Select Safe mode.
4. After Windows loads in Safe mode, right-click the My Computer icon and
select properties
5. Select the Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button.
6. In the Device Manager Window, double-click the Universal Serial Bus
controllers
7. Right-click the device listed under Universal Serial Bus controller and select
uninstall
8. Click OK to confirm the removal of the device.

NOTE: Repeat steps 7 and 8 until all the devices under Universal Serial Bus Controller are removed.

The USB port is now uninstalled.

Now, restart the system. The system automatically detects and reinstalls the USB port.
