After more than two hours it is not clear how to contact. There is no simple support mail address. I am not able to access my ftp site. My domain is the thelvws.com. I can be reached at 876 276-5626 or by email l_121us@yahoo.com.

Hey there,
Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with FTP access. We recently have been phasing out the access of standard FTP and switching to FTPS. You can check out how the connections have changed by checking out http://help.yahoo.com//l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/webhosting/gftp/
