Hey There Jonathan. We may not know the deeper purpose of that Social Media Consultant but.. for my own opinion. Social Media Consultant is the group of people who are studying about the needs of the people in everyday life, in business, in school and even their homes that will be connected to what so called Social Medias that can make their lives easier and faster. Even the communication, transferring of data and more. I think they are also the ones who suggests or give advices to the developer of Major Social Medias. Smile Just a thought.
