I'm 25 and have never had a Facebook. I'm tech savvy just not really into the whole online social networking. Also with my friend group and a few other things it's just best to not have one lol. People know my number if they want to talk to me, and I hear about things through the grape vine anyway. Why do you have a Facbook? Why don't you have a Facebook?

I have facebook only to connect with friends from the past. i dont post statuses, only chat. Without it, i wouldn't be so close to many people.
But young kids shouldn't get it as it causes cyber bullying, causing suicides in teens or pre-teens or tweens.

I have a Facebook, but I don't use it that often. I got it years ago because people were talking about it, but then I realized that it's not very interesting...

Nope. I haven't had a facebook for years and I'm loving it. Facebook is stupid, some reads something like "Did you see Nate or Tasha today" and the the story goes through different people and then turns in to "Did her hear Tasha and Nate f***ed in the bathroom, and now she's pregnant". I mean that's stupid. I don't want to be part of stupid stuff like that.

I had it since it was exclusive to colleges and universities. I used it to connect with highschool friends. I had it for several years and each "evolution" (I quote that because it should really be called devolution) I grew tired of it. I had my account closed for nearly a year and some months and could never be happier.
The entire thing was this: "Look at me, this is what I'm doing I got a cool life." To the, "Look at me, I need attention." Then the constant balance of de-friending and making silly comments. To me if you're 12 this might be important stuff but once you reached past 18, I really can't see why anyone would use this and for the purpose that they're using it.
