Well, there are three ways to disable an account that is not your own

1) Ask the person very kindly to disable the account
2) Hire an incredibly good hacker to hack into the account and he can disable it for you. This may be a costly option.
3) Report it to facebook, and continue reporting to facebook until they do so something about it. your cousin could also complain. they could positively identify your cousin and may help. i dealt with them in the past, and they were helpful.

You Cant Disable Someones Account Only the Facebook Team Can Do That All you Can Do is Report the Account Get your Friends to Do it The More Reports they Get the Higher Chances of it Being Deleted

It takes more than one person to report an account to Facebook to get it removed. So make sure you have at least 4 or 5 other people also report it. Your cousin needs to report it herself as she is the one who is being imitated.
Facebook will contact the imposter and give them 5 days to provide a copy of their passport or license to prove their identity. If they can't then Facebook shuts the account

All you can do is report that account to facebook, as well as have as many friends as possible also report that account to facebook as being a fake facebook account of another person. You personally cannot legally do anything to this account, or you're breaking the law if you hack it somehow. Facebook trouble shooting does take some time. This won't likely be fixed overnight, so just give facebook time to react. Since facebook averages about 60,000 hacked accounts weekly, they're always busy working on recovery of accounts.
