You really don't want to because then everyone who looks at your timeline will be able to see everything you post

it depends on your age - you have to be at least 18

When you like a page on Facebook or manually add an activity that you enjoy to your profile, the social networking site adds the information to the "Info" tab on your profile. Normally, people with whom you have a confirmed friendship have access to the things you like, but changing that is easy. Friends are never notified when you block them from seeing what you like on Facebook.
