I live in a small town and commute to a larger town 30 miles away to work. I work in an enviroment where the men are all married. I am pursuing my degree online (LPN to RN). How can I meet single men? I am in my early 30s. I will not change churches, even though there are no single men at mine.

i dont know,but we are always shy if we are not drunk,just talk to them.

Try going to the same denomination of church but in another town, just for a few weeks.
Also, try online personals. If you're big into Christianity, there on online Christian personals you can try. You really might meet a guy who's in the same boat as you.

well i met my vice president of corporate bank in a night club. he just got separated for 2 weeks and went out alone ONCE. we all have a chance, the problem is not all of us actually seize that opportunity

Check the local newspaper for a list of upcoming community events. It's a good way to meet people in the area who have similar interests.

men are visual creatures...start by posting a photo somewhere and begin dating...simple as that. if you are against doing something like this, then you can stew in your self imposed lonliness.

Have you considered a respectable dating agency, not all the people who use them are weird, they could be in the same situation as you.
