Usually Family Guy makes a joke like that to prove a point. Anyone with half a brain can see that, and anyone who takes offense to it, is an idiot

(d) I don't think about it because I don't watch TV. But if it's relevant, racism is an ongoing social ordeal that will persist regardless of media influence. Now, whether a TV show fuels it is very difficult to determine. You'd need empirical data to support such claims. And because all aspects of social studies are complex and dependent on so many factors, we'd probably never have a solid answer.
