I often see it from people, who tweet from apple products such as the IPhone, IPod touch, and IPad. When they tweet, they had little icons to go with it, such as a smiley face, a heart. etc. I've looked for the twitter app that has this feature, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what it's called? Thanks!

It's not an app that allows you to put a smiley face, heart, etc. If you have the current i0S6 update, you'll be able to add a keyboard on your iPhone/iPad called "emoji".
