Updated Facebook on Ipod Touch. Not opening!? - I like bands. - 05-11-2013 11:26 PM
I updated the Facebook app on my iPod touch and it said in the updates it would now open faster for iPhones.
I updated my apps anyway, but now Facebook will not open.
I will tap it and it takes me back to the homescreen.
I tried deleting and re-installing but it won't work.
Is there anyway you can revert an update, and could this be because i have an iPod not an iPhone?
I tried using safari to go onto facebook but it doesn't show recent notifications ect. and i'd just prefer the app.
How can I fix this?
I have rebooted my iPod and reinstalled the app.
Please help!

The only way to possibly fix it is to update your iOS firmware if you didnt do that already.
The same happens to me on my iPad 2 (for the last 3 facebook updates this was the case) and I cant fix it at all. It just doesnt work anymore.
What a pity. Its one of the biggest companies in the world but the app doesnt work for shit.
