Say something like how he inspires you greatly, or how he's changed your life. Use proper grammar and don't use text talk like Omg! Or lol, or hearts too much. Every girl probably sends the same thing and it's common to him so he's used to it and it won't catch his eye that much. BUT, if sees a tweet with good grammar and something smart he'll most likely pay attention and respond! Hope I helped, good luck!C:
