If I look at someon profile alot, does it eventually tell that person the number of time I looked at their profile? LIke if i looked at someone profile ten times in one day does it tell that person, someone told me facebook has this function.

If they use the app then yes. The only way to find out is if you know that they are using the app and unfortunately the only way to find that out is to ask. But if they don't then fb doesn't share that information.

no, facebook does not tell the person you were looking at their profile
also, most of the facebook apps that say "look at who's seeing your profile!" are usually fake

well. they have apps that show your biggest fans, but i think those are for comments and stuff.
and others i think have a virus. but i wouldn't worry about it
i don't think they can View that stuff

About the apps thing. Both ppl must be running the same app to see visits but if both dont then no.
