Where is the best place to look for travel partner to go on caravan in New Zealand? - N L - 05-12-2013 05:08 AM Planning to visit New Zealand and I really wanna travel around in a caravan. My time is flexible and probably travel sometime in Sept or so. Where is the best place to look for a travel partner who will share costs and the trip? - loudhall476 - 05-12-2013 05:17 AM Make an ad about it, try social networking websites such as facebook - onlytryingtohelp - 05-12-2013 05:19 AM just to make sure you know that it will be cold at night in September, and campervanning is an expensive way of doing it; expensive to hire, use lots of fuel and about 30 bucks a night for a serviced site. Much cheaper with car hire and hostels. watch you don't hit the rugby world cup, although I don't think that starts until October. - Ungratefulpoison839 - 05-12-2013 05:25 AM Put an ad in the newspapers. It's not too cold in September. I agree, you'll want to avoid the Rugby World Cup (don't we all!!). How old are you? If you're youngish (20-25) you might want to try advertising in some of the university student magazines. If you're older (60+) you could try some of those groups old people go to lol. Camper vans are better than caravans. .... |
