I will be communicating a lot with customers and I will need to sound professional and knowledgeable on the sales-end of the designs we're creating. I know a bit about social media marketing and SEO but I need some solid business know-how to compliment that.

Any titles you recommend?

Emily,
A few books that you might want to consider are:

1) The Ultimate Sales Machine - Hands down one of the best marketing and sales books I have ever read. Author is Chet Holmes.

and

2) Getting Everything You Can Out of All You've Got: 21 Ways You Can Out-Think, Out-Perform, and Out-Earn the Competition. Author is Jay Abraham.

All The Best,
Marcus

Just keep reading blog about social media marketing. That's how i learn about it. The trend move so fast that when it is on a book, it is too old already

I just use google reader to collect a number of feeds. I spend at least one hours reading news and blog about social media daily
