Somehow, I was blocked from posting on Facebook pages, so I can't do s4s for the page that I admin for. Is there some way to unblock myself so I can post?

you were probably blocked because you were "s4s"ing in the first place - facebook considers that spamming and it's against the rules
there is no way to unblock it

This is because users can mark your messages as spam and after so many reports, you are then blocked by the system and marked as a spammer
