when someone appears on the top of the online box on facebook what does it mean? - cool_g - 05-12-2013 05:57 PM

ok so i dont know if someone is going to be able to answer this question but i give it a try. when i go online on facebook theres always group people that i talk to them very often on the top of the online box. at the bottom it says "more friends" and these are people that i barely talk. sometimes people that i never talk or stalk their profile appear to be on the top. Are they checking my profile? i know its a weird question lol

No it doesn't mean they are checking your profile. There is no existing pattern from where you can find out who is checking your profile. The names in your chat box usually come randomly.

Which friends appear in the chat sidebar? Can I add specific friends?

The friends that show up at the top of your sidebar are people you’ve interacted with frequently or recently on Facebook. You can't add friends to this part, though it updates dynamically as the people you interact with change.

More Friends shows you the rest of your friends who are on chat. To find someone quickly, you can search for them by entering their name into the search field at the bottom of your sidebar.
