The follower/following count really bothers me. I want to somehow change it from saying for example, 1M, to 1,000,000. I want it to say the full number. Any ideas to help? I use Twitter mobile on an iPhone by the way.

There is no way to do as there is limited space on the app itself to display information. Does it really matter that much?

No sorry. They programmed the number to not be exact to limit excess usage of the servers and application.
