I can't view any tweets or check my followers or anything. it happened because I followed to many people at one time. is my twitter suspended or something? and if it is for how long?

Your twitter is not suspended, you just spammed the servers and they won't help you until you wait. Try again tomorrow. If that doesn't work, email them.
