So he is my older brother he is in 9th grade i got on his twitter to spy on him and he said "i was so high tonight i kissed someones foot" and then he said "my mom said i looked high so i told her it's 420" what does 420 mean and do you think he does drugs

yes he does.....420 means marajuana...this is very bad

4/20 means marijuana and there is a slight chance that he does drugs but either way it goes it is his life and he would just have to learn his lesson.
