Would you be angry if your "bestfriend" did this? - Big Nasty - 05-27-2013 02:20 PM

Well basically we haven't talked since last saturday so it's been a while. She broke her phone but she hasn't called me from home, or on Facebook or anything, albeit I haven't talked to her either. Plus she's been going with this guy who actually is my cousin (I'm a dude) and his friends. Now I don't mind that she can do whatever she likes it's her llife. I just feel like she should of sent me SOMETHING. I mean if you're my "best friend" I should come close to first. I feel like you should want to talk to me, seeing as I'm not just your friend from school or some nobody . If she didn't claim me as her best friend I wouldn't care, but since we are, then act like it. Plus on twitter she did one of those "initials of someone you care about" things, and she did three people from school who she said didn't come before me. I mean what the hell? Am I nobody all of a sudden? Should I be upset about this? I would like your thoughts. We're really close like brother and sister, but lately she hasn't even acknowledged me. Thank you.

Since she's being a little prick, and knows well enough that you might and list likely will come across something like this, I suggest you "pretend" that you don't care or mind. I would be mad as well or not mad, hut kind of hurt. Or if doing something back to hurt her emotionally isn't your thing, just talk it out next time you see her. throughout life you find out who is really there for you and who isn't, maybe she is just playing along and doesn't mean it. Who knows. Just ask her.
