I cannot open http://www.twitter.com. whenever I try to access the site, it shows "fail to connect" or "webpage is not available". I have no idea why it is like this. I have tried many browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, and twitter apps on mobile phone, but they all failed. Now the only browser I can use to open twitter is "opera mini" on mobile. And I'm pretty sure my internet connection is normal. Please help. Thanks!

make correct date and time of your computer and run .

Contact you Internet provider just to be sure. Tell them exactly what you've written here. They could refresh your internet connection and that could resolve the problem.
