i dont really want to be, as you can probably tell since i dont have the answer, i just need some convincing bullshit for an interview i have for tomorrow
The role of the sales administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:
Input orders submitted via the retail website.
Dispatch orders to customers via the courier system.
Providing excellent customer service via email and telephone.
Dealing with customer enquiries.
Dealing with and rectifying complaints.
Providing marketing administration support.
Helping distribute marketing material.
Contributing to marketing initiatives via email, website and social networking sites.
Assisting with events.
Helping maintain the retail website ensuring prices and other information is correct, displaying new products etc.
Helping maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
