I've been watching YouTube all day.
About an hour ago the player thing with the buttons and stuff at the bottom has changed from this:

I've checked everything I could think of.
Made sure it wasn't something I've downloaded.
Uninstalled any unnecessary programs.
I asked my friend if hers was changed to make sure it wasn't just YouTube (I doubted it)
Restarted my computer (Just in case)
blah blah blah. I just can't seem to find out what happened.
When I first click the video it flashes the old one the quickly changes to the other one.

Try different Browsers
FireFox
Google Chrome etc.
