So you dated someone for a year & you propose to her. She said yes, but 6 months she left you no reason why, but left only a envelop & in the envelope is a letter saying that she doesn't want to marry me, she doesn't love me anymore & the ring is in the envelope. Then maybe like 3 years past you all of a sudden hear from her, when she calls you out the blue. She's says she misses you & want to get back to together & maybe proposes to her again. She knows what she wants now & it's me. You like sure, call you back later, then you block her #, her facebook, twitter & email. She doesn't know you moved in a house, but you don't tell her. You never hear from her for like a year or 2. I was wondering what will happened? Will i get sued? Can she call the cops on me?

You won't get sued, that's crazy! From the information I gathered, she has no reason to do anything against you in court. If she tried, they'd probably laugh at her.
