Can I delete the one that got suspended and make a new one using the same email?
I use one email for everything.

Twitter Jail sucks..You never know how long they will keep it down.I guess the only question is are you doing shady stuff. I always have a backup account ready your followers know about. Keep contacting them. Hope it works out for you.

Leave twitter and go for other new social networks like this http://angels.uhostfull.com/1 that is not having rule and you can add too many friends.
