I just created a twitter today and I think my picture is the right size I've changed the sizes many times!! But either way the "apply" button doesn't work every time I do it! It's like every time I select my picture and it says open, I always have to position it! And when I do the apply button won't work!!! >

Then you need to talk to Twitter about it. They have information and tutorials on how to do this on their site.
