I want to see if I can get Megumi Ogata (I'm a fan of hers, a big fan) ^^ to follow me on Twitter. I only speak a little Japanese but enough to get my idea across but is it possible for me to get her to follow me on Twitter?

Don't waste your time with impressing celebrities. They're a waste of time, and most are putting off fake personas.

I dont see why it is a big deal, but if i wanted to be noticed by a celeb. I would simply tweet more about them, retweet most of their tweets, tweet on their profiles and send them private messages...and always be the first to acknowledge their activities...and always make sense while doing it
Or simply ask them to follow you.

use google translate. It's really hard though. If i were a celebrity, i would definetly not follow my fans. or maybe okay for some of them though...
